Code of conduct for Parents and Spectators
- Parents, please cheer your child and team but refrain from coaching. That is the coaches job. Instructions coming from several people can not only confuse a player, but also delay the player's development into someone who can make quick and strategic decisions on his/her own.
- Only coaches and a team parent with an approved background check will be allowed to stay on the players' side of the field.
- No one will be allowed to stand behind the goal lines, whether they are coaches or spectators. Coaches and players should stay in their own designated area.
- The code of conduct drawn up by US Youth Soccer Association can be downloaded by clicking here. RAYSL expects all spectators to follow these rules.
